Layth Haddad

Layth joined Families First Mediation in 2025 after more than ten years in film and video production. As a family law clerk, he drafts marital settlement agreements and prepares equity division and support calculations under attorney supervision. He regularly shadows mediation sessions. His goal is to become a mediator himself and help families through divorce without losing themselves in the process.

In film, Layth directed, edited, and led crews, and he taught filmmaking to adults and students. That includes his work with the Youth Cinema Project, where he mentored underprivileged students toward real career paths. He also led large volunteer teams. He helped produce the Navigating Divorce video series.

Layth is working toward a law degree through a part-time program while continuing his work at the practice. Outside the office, he enjoys gaming, cooking, biking, and long walks.
